AS10388 ONEUNIFIED

ONEUNIFIED is a small, single-homed network held by One Unified Net Limited, registered to a Hamilton, Bermuda mailing address and run by a single named engineer whose background is network design, data-centre operations and trading software.

What it's used for

RIS observes six IPv4 prefixes carrying 1,024 addresses and no IPv6. The six prefixes are really two blocks announced at two lengths each: 63.85.42.0/23 (with 63.85.42.0/24 and 63.85.43.0/24 split out) and 205.211.8.0/23 (likewise split). Announcing both the /23 and its component /24s is a routine multihoming or traffic-steering habit, not a sign of scale. The true footprint is two /23s: 1,024 addresses total.

ARIN records the 63.85.42.0/23 block as NET-ONEUNIFIED-1, assigned directly to One Unified with the same individual as admin and tech contact. That is first-party registration, which is the thing that distinguishes a real small operator from an address-broker silhouette.

This is a stub AS: exactly one observed BGP neighbour, so it originates its own space and provides transit to nobody. A thousand addresses behind a single upstream is a personal or boutique-consultancy network, historically associated with ISP and reinsurance infrastructure work in Bermuda. The registry name NETinc on the AS object and ONEUNIFIED on the AS-name are the sort of divergence you get when a handle outlives its original holder. Treat the Bermuda registration as the legal domicile, not necessarily as where the hosts sit.
