A sampled address in 202.20.72.0/24 resolves to zsi-mendix-test.zurich.com.au — a test instance of a Mendix low-code application, on the company's own domain. Non-production application servers are what an in-house corporate estate looks like from outside. You do not find a named test environment sitting in an ISP's customer pool or a wholesale carrier's core.
