house (the name is a contraction of mining computing) whose Ellipse ERP ran asset-heavy

industries worldwide. The registry entry describes it plainly as an **"Optus Customer

Network"**.

What it's used for

• Corporate connectivity for a single Australian end-site, delivered as a customer AS sitting behind Optus. RIS sees just 2 IPv4 prefixes, 203.19.232.0/24 and 203.13.90.0/24 (512 addresses in total), no IPv6, and 1 observed BGP neighbour.
• That single neighbour is the whole story. A network with any downstream customers, or with the second upstream that a serious hosting or service business would insist on, would show more adjacencies. One neighbour plus two /24s is a company that runs BGP only so its provider-assigned-independent space stays reachable.

Notable

• Enterprise, not a provider. The -AS-AP suffix and the word Limited invite the reading that this is an ISP; the routing table refuses it. Two /24s cannot host a customer base, and the registry description names the network's actual role: a customer of Optus, not a peer of it.
