Two upstreams is a school that treats internet access as critical enough to multihome — unremarkable for a fee-paying international school where lessons run on cloud tools — but four /24s and a thousand addresses is far too small to be anything but one campus.
• The prefixes are four unrelated /24s (59.17.3.0/24, 121.124.111.0/24, 61.255.62.0/24, 58.231.239.0/24) drawn from different KRNIC ranges. That scattering is what you get when a customer takes a /24 from each provider it connects to over time, rather than holding one native allocation.
