DFNN-AS-AP belongs to DFNN, Inc., a Philippine Stock Exchange-listed IT and systems-integration group that is the only listed technology company in the country's regulated gaming industry. AS10141 is a corporate network, not a service provider.

Hosting DFNN's own platforms. The AS announces exactly one IPv4 prefix, 210.14.26.0/24 (256 addresses), and no IPv6. The reverse DNS is the decisive detail: the sampled hosts resolve to corporatehost.5static.iestsupport.com.ph and corporatehost.133static.iestsupport.com.ph. IEST is Inter-Active Entertainment Solutions Technologies, DFNN's wholly owned subsidiary and the holder of its PAGCOR licences for electronic gaming machines (the Instawin brand) and its sports-betting exchange (Xchangebet). So the space carries the group's own gaming and transaction platforms, statically addressed, under a support domain the group itself runs.

A single /24 with 1 observed BGP neighbour rules out every provider role: a carrier peers with hundreds of ASes, and a hosting business cannot sell from 256 addresses behind one upstream. DFNN took an AS so its licensed gaming platform could hold portable, provider-independent addresses — which matters when regulators and payment partners whitelist you by IP. Geolocate this to DFNN facilities in Metro Manila, not to a hosting or consumer population.
