TELKOMSAT-AP is PT Telkom Satelit Indonesia, the satellite subsidiary of state-owned PT Telkom Indonesia. Telkomsat operates the Telkom satellite fleet and sells transponder capacity, VSAT service and satellite-backed internet across the archipelago.

Telkomsat's VSAT customers are public facilities in frontier districts, enterprises outside fibre coverage, ATM and kiosk networks, maritime users, and 4G backhaul in remote areas, so the addresses behind those PTRs are terminals and gateways, not a consumer broadband pool.
