EASPNET-AS-AP is eASPNet Taiwan Inc., a carrier-neutral internet data-centre operator founded in Taipei in 2000. It sells colocation, hosting, internet access and cloud services, and its facilities are used as Taiwan landing points by international carriers.

The AS announces 9 IPv4 prefixes totalling roughly 16,100 addresses — anchored on three /20s (202.168.192.0/20, 115.85.144.0/20, 49.128.112.0/20) plus a set of smaller 61.64.x blocks — together with a single IPv6 /32 (2405:5600::/32). A /32 of IPv6 is a provider-sized allocation: it is what an RIR gives an operator that intends to sub-delegate to customers, not what an end-user enterprise receives. The sampled reverse DNS points the same way. rjuwo5.blacktailedgull.com is a machine-generated hostname on a domain that has nothing to do with eASPNet, which is what customer-owned servers in a colocation facility look like.

The tell is the combination: provider-scale IPv6, several /20s of IPv4, third-party rDNS on the space, and 14 observed BGP neighbours — enough upstreams and peers for a data centre that must be reachable well, but nowhere near the hundreds of peers a wholesale transit carrier carries. Geolocate this space to servers in Taipei, not to end users.
