VALUEHOSTED-AS is The Value Hosted (Pvt.) Limited, a small web-hosting company founded in 2014 and based in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. It sells shared web hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, domain registration and DDoS-protected plans.

What it's used for

Running customer websites and virtual servers. The AS announces exactly one IPv4 prefix — 103.70.136.0/24, 256 addresses — and no IPv6. A single /24 is the smallest block that is realistically routable on the public internet, and it is a very common footprint for a hosting reseller that has grown just far enough to want its own AS number and portable address space rather than living inside an upstream's allocation.
