SHYAMSPECTRA-AS is Shyam Spectra Pvt Ltd, trading as Spectra and previously as Spectranet. Based in Gurugram, it built what it advertises as the first fibre broadband network in New Delhi, and now positions itself primarily as a managed-network and business-internet provider, while still selling residential fibre in Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Noida and Gurugram.

That works out to well under a /24 per prefix on average, and the announced list is dominated by /20s and /21s carved into far smaller pieces. Deaggregation that heavy is the signature of space assigned and routed per customer or per site — the way leased-line and managed-network estates are built — rather than the large contiguous pools an access ISP hands to a subscriber base.
